Flat Plate Covers

Plastic Covers - Aqua Marine Supply

There are two main options for covers on the Flat Plate; the front cover or the clamshell cover.  The Front Cover option (left) can be used alone or with optional back/pulley covers. 

The Clamshell style (right) fully encloses the Flat Plate and hinges with bolts at the bottom and snaps together with plastic ears at the top.  See additional information below.
 

The Front Cover (A) and its corresponding accessories are available in both white or gray color.  Custom stainless steel hardware (B) is used to attach the cover to the Flat Plate.  The Rear Cover (C) or Pulley Cover (D) can be added to shield moving parts from the back side as well.  

A - Front Cover

C - Rear Cover
An optional full rear cover can be added to the Front Cover.  Note: this cover must be installed before the Flat Plate is mounted to the lift

B - Front Cover Hardware
Custom stainless hardware attaches the cover to the Flat Plate.  The "Slide Plate" bracket holds the bottom of the cover and (2) washers with welded pins or "lolipops" hold the top

D - Pulley Cover
An optional pulley cover can be added to the Front Cover to shield the drive pulley and belt
