RMA Return Process

To initiate a warranty claim or return unused goods, please review the following steps.  DO NOT return product to us without authorization.  Unauthorized returns, out-of-date items, or items returned without a completed form will not be evaluated and will only be shipped back at the senders expense.

Contact us to discuss the issue and attempt to troubleshoot.  Send an email with pictures of the issue to sales@heftyhoist.com or call us to discuss (740) 467-2515.

If the matter is worthy of further evaluation, we will issue an RMA reference number to keep track of the return.

Once an RMA reference number has been issued, submit the RMA form right or download below.  If download used, be sure to place a copy of the completed form inside the package with the product.

We cannot accept packages from our PO Box, any packages sent USPS Mail to our PO Box will be returned to sender.

We will do our best to process the returned product in a timely manner.  If the item is deemed to be covered under warranty, we will replace the item at no charge or discuss other options as necessary.

RETURN MATERIALS AUTHORIZATION (RMA)

An RMA number is REQUIRED for all product returns to AMS; if you do not have the RMA number, please contact us to obtain one. We try to process returns as quickly as possible from the date of receipt. Incomplete, erroneous, or missing information may delay processing.
